Its called a "PSU" for future refrence.

Ask for a build here. The first question should be "What is my primary usage for this machine" and "What is my budget"

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

OP: Just look around on Amazon and check the item descriptions to find one that is capable of delivering enough wattage, I'd expect to pay around $100

Is your system going to be running mission critical tasks?

Do you have frequent brownouts in your area?

For most people UPS's are not needed. I do get 2-3 power cuts a year and 1-2 brownouts a month, and if my systems shut down unexpectedly I can lose up to 12 hours of work, which is why all of my systems are on backup power.

What are your specific components we can get a better idea of what you will require and as for needing a UPS itself if you experience a lot of power outages or brown out where the voltage fluctuate a lot then it would be a good option.

Your system wouldn't use more than ~375W so something like this would work even with peripherals and networking equipment.
