No,i consider it as useless since if you have a PC that is powerful you wan't 60fps constant,a GTX 480 can run max settings,that does not mean it can run max settings at decent frames

So you're content with console quality, but at 60 fps? For some people, and especially in some types of game, 30 fps is enough. For this kind of person a PC could produce some astonishingly breathtaking visuals and imo that option should absolutely exist for these people. PC is about choice, not just framerate.

YOU said for me to tell you what game it can't run on Max,i game you a video for 35-45fps,a GTX 480 could run max settings,but that does not mean it would run at decent frame rates
