Could I able to run both (2sticks one and the other) 1066Mhz and 1333Mhz Ram on a single dual channel motherboard ( gigabyte g41m)

You could potentially do it, but you have to set a common speed for them to run at in the bios (they will default to the JEDEC specs of the first stick, I think).

I am currently using 2 sticks rated at different speeds in dual channel mode in this computer (it turned out that I could used both of them with the timings of either).

In principle, you should always be able to run all ddr3 sticks at the basic ddr3 standard, or at best at the speed of the slowest stick, but be aware that the risk of not being able to get both sticks to work simultaneously exists.

Yes, the ram will downclock to the lower of the two speeds in this case 1066MHz.
