Hi,

My iPhone 5c broke down and had several problems, one of them being the screen. Now the problem is, I haven't made a backup. I have been able to retrieve most of the apps and messages .etc. via iCloud but the photos have not been transferred. Is there some how, a way I can retrieve them to the new

thanks,

FlavorZ

Assuming the phone has power, you should be able to plug your iPhone into a Windows based PC and navigate to "This PC" >select your phone> open the DCMI (or something along those lines) folder> there maybe be an assortment of folders titled "Apple1**" inside each of those folders are all of your photos.

The equivalent of this on a Mac is unknown to me because I have not used my old iMac for this purpose before.
