i5 6500 VS 6400 (any FPS difference?)

go with the cheaper of the two and call it a day nothing different

The 6400 is always cheaper and turbos to 3.2GHz. Although, a $15~ difference doesn't down bad for another 0.5 ish GHz, no?

You will get 5  to 15 fps difference dipped in on the game because of the different clock speed
