Is this a good overclock?

Hello, I overclocked my EVGA 980ti. The stock core clock, when I was gaming, was 1316, but I overclocked it to 1478. Is that a good overclock? Also, it's a reference cooler

 

Edit: The card was factory overclocked before i overclocked it some more

If that is a reference PCB one that is pretty normal, if not exceptional.

 

Reference pcb's generally top out at 1484/7900 (if you haven't done memory overclocking please do so.)

 

Aftermarket PCB's generally reach 1500-1520/8000 with high end ones doing more like 1520-1550/8200.

I overclocked the memory as well, if i go any higher my computer locks and the drivers fail.
