Bro, im living in germany

Excellent point... my mistake sorry :P I would still try and find some older cards online however if you're on a budget. Ebay is sometime a great choice regardless where you live. Maybe a 770 or 680? from what it sounds like you're ona  bit of a budget.

Bro, Im not looking to do professional YouTube or anything like that. Im just looking for a good program to record gameplays and tutorials for my friends. Shadowplay also has a very low load and file seize, which is very important to me

And that's why you use OBS. Configure the settings to your liking.

the one that says RADEON R9 380 on the front of the box is FASTER. it should also be cheaper...

Well that helps

If your budget is 200-240 at least get an RX 480 4GB. It's like double the performance. Pls

Buying GTX 960 now is a bad move, especially if it's new. Used GTX 970, used R9 390, used or new 380X. All better deals than the 960. More performance, same money. But probably RX 480 4GB is the best bet.

So yes, I really mean it when I say "none". ;)

I want to get the RX 480, but the only one that is under 300 euros in germany is the Sapphire Nitro+ version which is dispatched between 1-2 months according to amazon

Also waiting a few days you can get a RX 470 or RX 460 (which are better than a 960) for even below 200€ if you want to spend less money.

I guess we have to see the performance of an RX 470. If it is better than a R9 380, I will just go with that as long as it's under 280 euros.
