Your not going to upgrade much farther than what you got. Reason why you build your self and not buy from big companies.

If the motherboard has PCI-E then they will all work.

Technically you can get a Titan, but that's probably just Valve being silly. You could get away with a 270X, or maybe a 760.

Get a new power supply and replace that GT 620 with an R9-290X or a GTX 780.

The specs aren't bad, but I can't say if the case Dell uses in that is a bitch to work on or not. If you are deadset on upgrading, get a 600-700 watt quality PSU and the strongest GPU your budget will allow.

The best cards Dell was offering with this system were AMD Radeon 7870 2GB or nVidia GeForce GTX 660 1.5GB, PSU was always a 460 Watt no matter what CPU/video card was inside.

 

Anything with similar power consumption will fit without upgrading the PSU.

Its a 460w 80+ gold, thats quite cool. Check what plugs you have for the videocard power, eg six pin,8 pin. If you upgrade your power supply then you can technically put any modern gpu in there.

The biggest limiting factor in upgrading this system may be the size of the card. And like others have said you will need the correct connectors on the power supply and there is no guarantee that the current one has them since the gt 620 needs no external power.
