T560(p)

Are they ever going to release a T560(p) because I would be yelling take my money. I recently ran into problems with my T560 cause the duo-core just chugs. Looking for the basically a T560 with a quad core. Need that numberpad. I have an external one that I used to use with my MBP but after getting a T560 I ain't about bringing a numberpad around again. Any suggestions? Price non-issue. No dGPU needed.

LOL me too. Hmmmmmm..... @Dackzy Are there any other lines from HP or Dell that have a T560(p) equivalent? The Clevo doesn't look bad, but man I would miss the quality.

ofc they have some, but they are mostly expensive AF

You have the Dell Precision Mobile Workstation 3510, they are pretty okay and they come with a firepro :D I love me some firepro or quadro, HP seems to really like AMD right now, so a lot of their new laptops has AMD APUs in them.

PS. There is only a little chance that Lenovo is going to make a T560P, because it is getting pretty "late" in this year and the new 7th gens are soon out, so yeah.

The machine you are looking for does not exist then as far as I know, as workstations tend to always have dedicated graphics.

But I'm not looking for a workstation. I don't need dGPU. I need core count for CPU based tasks. @Dackzy so there's nothing outside of workstations with quad cores. Price is a non-issue, company backed purchases ez mode. Damn that Clevo notebook thought. I guess I'll get a unit and try it out. Also I checked out the Dell workstation. I'm actually so confused by the pricing scheme of there workstations. The 15 3000 series starts at 1900cad, 15 5000 2750cad, 15 7000 2300cad. There's also hella discounts on them right now in Canada.

well you see 99% of people who need a quad core also needs a dGPU. I know that you can put a quad core into a T430s, if you want. I would just get the cheapest one that has the CPU power that you need.

that is because most business people do word documents and simple things, not 3D work and such.

It's not lines, its just formula super heavy with graphs and models that are based off of each other in separate sheets/tabs. I just noticed that there's a quad core option for the E5570 BUT NO i7 WTF? Sigh. I will accept my fate LOL.

Update. Found 1 that supports an i7, but comes with a bloody dGPU. R7 M70. But no USB-C. Guess I'm going back to the 3510.

It's actually funny. I don't understand how dell even prices things. The Latitude is more expensive than the Precision with less specs and less functionality. I need HT for certain applications. An i5 is fine, but I would miss HT. I need TB3 for personally reasons LOL, wanna play around with the new port and test things. The precision is still cheaper than the Latitude when specced accordingly. Which makes no sense cause I get vPro and a smart card reader, both which I can use with the Latitude. Sigh. Dell.

Dell outlet is always specced to shit. I want touch, i7 quad, larger battery. Cept the outlet models only ever provide 2 of the 3.

Why don't you just buy the model that you like the most, including the dGPU, and simply not use the dGPU? That way, it will stay deactivated. The only real disadvantage is that you paid for something you are not using, but then again you said that money was no issue.
