All in one loop

I was thinking of getting a 240MM Rad for my cpu because my room is always hot.. And I wanted to do some pretty heavy overclocking on it but I will not trust the stock cooler.. What is the most "bang for the buck" cooler?

Stock cooler for overclocking is not a good idea. Get a 212 EVO or Gammaxx 400.

Also, water cooling pumps the heat out directly into the room.

Water cooling AIO's aren't the best dollar to cooling ratio on the market. You could argue that they provide much better overall cooling, and they typically do, but they're also typically much more expensive.

That being said if you want one, I can recommend the H100i V2 from Corsair. I use it myself and its awesome. Almost completely silent except when under heavy CPU loads (even under a heavy gaming load this thing is fairly quiet)

You do know water cooling just means the heat will get moved to your room more efficiently? Also, the best bang for your buck is either an NH-D15(S) or be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3.

Not the D15 is 90€ here. Do you really think it is 3 times better than a 30€ 212 Evo?  I doubt you understand Bang for the BUCK.

Go that you clarified the heat part. I also thought the OP might be confusing something.

I would recommend the Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 if you have the space. You get a lot of Cooling in an AiO for a not as ridiculous price and it includes 4 Fans but that also raises the space Problem ...

It is. It's a huge dual tower vs. A small single tower. It kinda makes sense.

Not it is not you. It would be if the temperature Delta was a third of what the Evo can achieve but it is not. No taking noise into account.

Thanks to everyone that posted! And when I meant that my room is generally warm, I mean that the cooler is just blowing already hot air to dissipate the hotter air produced by the CPU. I dont mind the fact that its hot in my room.. ill just turn on a fan or something.
