how do i know how fast a battery bank charge?

im looking for a battery case (for me) and a battery bank (family use) but i dont know how fast it charges. is there a way to tell (amps and voltages)

Amps are a clear indicator, higher the amps faster the charge. Anything above 1 amp will charge your devices quite fast, 2 amps+ is a great place to start looking
