$750 gaming pc build

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking of building a new gaming pc for around $750,- I want to play games like GTA 5, Battlefield 3&4, just cause 3, Fifa 16 on 60+ fps on 1080p only. Is it a good combination if I put a MSI GTX 1060 together with an i5? And what i5 should I buy? Also what sort of motherboard. For the case I wanna go for the Corsair Carbide 200r silent edition. Can someone please help me?

The i5 and GTX 1060 are good combination. You can go with either the i5-6500 or 6400 with your budget. For the motherboard, you don't need anything fancy, an H110M is fine. And there is no Corsair 200R with silent edition, you're probably referring to the 100R.

i5-6500 / GTX 1060 / 240GB SSD

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($204.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($51.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($30.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: OCZ TRION 150 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($62.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GT OC Video Card  ($250.00 @ Newegg)

^Wait for it to get back on stock or look for other 1060's that are available.
Case: Corsair 100R Silent ATX Mid Tower Case  ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA BQ 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($60.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $771.90 / No OS included

I went a bit over budget but it's worth the few extra bucks. If you absolutely need to stick to $750 then get the cheaper i5-6400 for ~$18 less.

Thanks man!  Really appreciate it. For the case I meant indeed the 100r.... Now I'll have to wait for the 1060 to be in stock, I guess. Or are there other site's with about the same price?  I can't find them anyways... But thanks for the reply!
