All Dekstop Icons Gone!!!!!!!???!?!!

I just booted up my computer, and every icon on the desktop was gone. I tried rebooting, didn't work. All the icons where there when I shut down before this happened. I can't seem to find any help!

Case: Fractal Design Define S

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2

IGPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000

Memory: No-Name DDR3 4GB (1x4GB)

There is a hidden file called desktop.ini that contains the position of the desktop icons. If it is removed, none show up on the desktop. Try opening file explorer and navigating to the Desktop folder, are they still there?
