Basically as long as it doesn't involve where to get ISOs and BIOSes for consoles.

I have read the code of conduct, it mostly implies this forum does not stand for piracy which is to be expected and i agree. Emulators though are not illegal, am i allowed to talk about them freely if i ever want to?

Should be fine, I'd equate it to talking about torrents (which is also fine) plus we have multiple threads on the subject none of which are locked
