I suppose you can buy from Amazon as well, but I for some reason prefer Newegg.

So then it would be wise to wait for a month for new processors and graphic cards to arrive.

That's actually not even close in any way to what I said. You should wait week for the RX 470, and I said that even now the i5-6600k is actually a pretty darn good choice. I never said anything about waiting a month for new processors to arrive, and the new graphics card is almost here. In fact, no one is even guaranteeing that Kaby Lake will come out in a month at all. Intel has kept surprisingly quiet about this, and I believe that if we were this close to a whole new architecture release, there would be many more leaks and we would at least know for sure what month it would be coming out. All we know is that more will be disclosed about it during August.

Here is what i think should be my new build.

This is my First build and i am on a tight budget (around $1300)

Uses -

1.) Programming - Using various SDK and Python

2.) Running VM's - Ubuntu , Debian etc

3.) Gaming - Occasional Gaming on reputed franchises like Batman and Call of duty.

HDD - WD 1TB Blue Desktop Internal Hard Drive

PSU - Corsair VS Series VS550

Honestly, for a CPU as good as the 6700k, a Hyper 212X is low-end. If I were you, I might definitely consider going the water-cooling route, and if you do, I'd go with an NZXT Kraken x61. Most of what people say about them spilling or leaking is garbage, and largely related to their clumsiness or ineptitude. The performance improvements that they offer are well worth it, and since you're going with a "K" chip, you could even squeeze in some overclock.

Also, if you intend to game on it in any meaningful capacity, the iGPU is going to be a huge bottleneck, especially for that 6700k. If you really want to keep within the budget, you could go for a GTX 1070, but I'd really recommend a GTX 1080, mainly because of the caliber of that CPU. A GTX 1080 will definitely be considered a good GPU for a few years, although it may be a problem with your budget.

The PSU does not have enough wattage to run that system (when you take into account efficiency), and you should probably have around 600 watts or even 700 if you can find a good deal (to enable some future-proofing). In addition, a different line of power supplies may be beneficial to you, see above posts for some recommendations.

Don't forget an OS SSD, I can recommend you a 240 GB or 480 GB PNY CS1311 as a very fast SSD for a low price (I own one, so I can tell you with certainty). I have researched it on multiple occasions, and PNY SSDs offer (according to manufacturer specs) higher performance to Samsung SSDs for a much lower price. You, however, may want to do independent research depending on the capacity of SSD you would like, and whether performance or reliability is more important to you. However, going with a larger SSD is always good for future-proofing, as games and OSes continue to get larger in size.

Other than those things, this is a pretty solid build, and before ordering the parts I'd suggest you put them all into pcpartpicker, simply to make sure that there are no incompatibilities.

@LordMastodonThank you this insight!

What if i might get an i5 6660k and a GTX 950 and an OEM version of Windows 10! My Last CPU had an Pentium E5400 and an Nvidia 8400GS :$. Or else i can wait for Kaby Lake. I can get a GPU in near Future though.

Also I don't have much options on PSU as i am from india.

Some shopping websites in india :

amazon.in

Flipkart.com

snapdeal.com

An i5-6600k is really quite good, but a GTX 950 is not. Even if you spend less on a GTX 950 right now, you will be getting much less value out of it in the long run. If you want something for a similar price but much higher performance, wait a week for the RX 470.

The fact that you live in India really doesn't limit what PSUs you can buy, because you can buy an outlet adapter. Also, Newegg is available in India here, and that's really not much of an excuse.

It will cost him more in import/delivery charges to buy from Newegg.

Buying from Newegg is fine if you are in North America. If you are in Europe or the Rest of the World it will cost you a fortune in shipping/customs charges.
