Motherboard and CPU help?

So on Intel the 'k' means overclockable.

But if I don't want overclock to save money, how do I pick a mobo?

Well, you can pick a 'generally' cheaper non K CPU and use any mobo for a lower price, although getting a mobo that is cheap and doesn't support OC'ng all depends on the socket you plan to buy, e.g LGA 1150, 1151

So for budget would LGA 1150 be better?
