$175 ASUS GTX 960 with weird cooler design

Title says it all. This is an interesting product, because I have only seen GTX 960's in the above $200 price range. What I am confused about though is it missing the STRIX cooler design, and being a flashy white, blower style design, that reminds me of reference cards. Think its a good buy?

No. A 4gb rx 480 only costs about 20$ more (when it is in stock) and is 50-60% better than the 960.

Yeah, I get that. I was just intrigued by this design and the pricing.
