GLHF. Let us know if you are successful!

When in doubt, re-format.

You need to have something to offer the potential sponsor, almost like a job interview. Keep in mind they get thousands and thousands of requests for sponsorship. Most like to see a catalogue or previous builds along with a good design and out look for the future one. Start small, I read a guide that suggests going to local retailers to see if they can support you. Other ways us to be recommended from forums such as these and Bit-tech etc

You're not gonna get any sponsors, so start saving up to buy the parts yourself.

Very few companies sponsor individuals. Usually sponsorship is limited to a brand or a small business and you need to prove that you are a small business or a brand. Then, as someone mentioned above, you need to need to do a video or write a presentation showing why said company should sponsor you, sort of like a job interview. You can find information on a lot of the company websites.

If you have connection at local shops, see if the shop owners will lend you stuff to make your videos or builds. If they have contacts with manufacturer reps, it may be worth talking to them when they swing by the store too.

nice going! Gigabyte were quite positive towards mine, however there was a glitch in that they didn't want me to w/c the cards and would have liked me to showcase their windforce cooling, which was against the concept of my build, unfortunately for me

You have to have a good portfolio of previous work so they know they're not just throwing money at some kid. You also have to have an audience. If you don't, theres a lot of people that do and a company is going to give those people free stuff instead of you.

I thought you said your YouTube channel was terminated? I mean how big was your audience? I would guess that anything other 500 subs wouldn't be too interesting to them.

Well your probably not going to, that's the realistic answer. BUT coming from someone who has been sponsored by a couple dozen companies for a few different builds let me give a brief summary on how to not get auto deleted the second you send that email.

First off what are you going to build? Why? Why is this different? How is it going to benefit them?? Are you going to take it to CES or some sort of show? Have you done any insane mods in the past that have gotten attention? What parts do you want? Why do you want those parts?

These are all things that you need to know before you email them.
