Looks like Valve doesn't like the number 3..

I kinda doubt it. Valve seems to have left the game dev business and transferred to the making buckets on buckets on buckets of cash on pixels.

If it's made by valve, you'll never get a number 3 of that game series. Basically a rule of gaming

HL3 Better be the most advanced game ever after all the years they have supposedly spent on it.

Valve cannot count to 3, it is a proven fact that Gaben is not Mathematically minded.

Doesn't seem to be in the works currently.


All the leaks from Valve suggest that the current games they are working on are Left4Dead 3 and HL3 in that order.

It does look like there will be a hl3 and l4d3 so I would say maybe. Wait for source 2 to become more mainstream.
