I don't think so, they're reliant on the crt screens in the arcade itself. Tech quicky made a great video on this. The only thing I can think of that would come close to replicating this would be an HTC vive, but those are ridiculously expensive.

Could this explain why 60 Hz (or even 30 Hz, or lower if you're playing Witcher 3 on a G-Sync 4K monitor with a low-end GPU that can't even break 300 in standard FireStrike) looks pretty smooth/clean on an LCD, but flickers badly (and is quickly fatiguing to the eyes) on a CRT?  I've even noticed a little flicker at 75 Hz.

 

Another thing I used to like about the old CRTs was their ability to scale resolution without it looking weird.  Try running like a 55+" 1080p TV at 720p or 480p, while sitting close enough so it takes almost your entire horizontal field of vision, for a more extreme example of how LCDs suffer in this area.
