I want to know how can i know which games my graphic card can run

is there any software or sites where it could tell me which games i can run

What is your computer's specs? Chances are you CPUs integrated is more powerful than that low end graphics card from late 2009.

Maybe minecraft and Half Life 2. That computer is really only good for web browsing and word documents.

Well I wish you luck.... You could play some very very basic games. Best to just save up for a new system. That computer is very old and mainly just using power and turning it into heat. A newer system would be more power efficient and output less heat.

You can run low end games such as league of legends , cs go on resolutions like 720p or 1024x768. It's not really recommended at all for gaming but it can run skyrim at 800x600 at like 30 fps hahah
