ok but bare in mind noctuas have anti-vibration corner thingys that GREATLY reduce vibration which is the primary cause of noise

I'm not really sure.

 

When you push air, you accelerate it very conically towards something.

When you pull air, you draw it from a broad area.

 

So pushing air results in higher air velocity, and pulling results in better flow.

 

In this scenario, it would probably be best to push air towards the heatsinks rather than attempting to rig a fan to pull air through the heatsinks.

Doubt that will do anything, seeing as the fans will be zip-tied to my cooler
