The only gaming keyboard I could find at around this price with programmmable keys was this combo:

Personally I would recommend the full mechanical keyboard, I personally bought a mech keyboard on a whim and I've never thought about buying a membrane keyboard again.

Last Black Friday I picked up a G710 for $50 + tax. Combined with Amex promotion and points on cc anyways I essentially got it for under $50.
