You could try to stick it with double sided sticky tape, or use super glue to try to stick it down.

I think it would probably be best if you used double sided sticky tape in the middle and glue around the edge to stop it from coming up at the edge. You could use glue all over the turned up area however it may cause the pad to go very ridged.

Your final option would be to buy a new one depending on your budget.

I would use superglue and stick it together. Just make sure that you have something to clamp in order to prevent having an uneven surface with the glue.
