Air-cooler clearance

Hi guys

 

I am planning my new (small) build.

Going for this beauty of a motherboard ASUS%20Maximus%20VI%20Impact%20Mini-ITX%

(asus maximus iv impact)

 

and this cooler

Does anybody have an idea is there will be clearance-issues because of the risers? Changing the orientation could be impossible do to RAM-heatsinks (also since i am planing an going fanless on the cooler, i want the cooler facing the airflow.

Can't find anything about clearance with that specific board...

Judging by how it overhangs the heatsink on this motherboard it won't fit on the one you've chosen, the same story with the riser below the socket, you should pick a different cooler.
