If you're somewhat of a soldering wizard you can desolder the chips and reuse them. Not really a serious suggestion in all honesty. Why not sit it in a display case?

I would just attach it to a car's battery and say it's a Tesla prototype.

I have a 7770 that does that after liquid corrosion to some surface mount components, causes it to trigger the OCP pretty fast at load.
