Twitch Obs dropping frames

i tried all the servers in the US and none of them helped. i set the encoding speed from ultra fast to fast and it helped a bit but it still drops frames

Is this first time you stream? Or has it been working before? Post screenshot of your settings. I see your specs are well enough, though.
