It's okay.

$130 for a liquid cooler when a decent air cooler will allow for the same performance boost for well under $50.

Why THAT power supply?

The P400 does not have front intake fans.  Two 140mm fans are a good direction.

All that power and a 1080p 60Hz monitor?  A bit wasteful.

That is a $1600 build.  You could easily have an i7 6700K or even an i7 5820K in a budget that size.

I plan put in a 1060 and I wanted room for upgrades

I'd probably grab an RX480 unless you want to keep allowing Nvidia to churn out it's shitty business practices. I don't normally do that as I would just say "well allow the free market to determine what it's really worth" but they're doing really skeevy things to get the 1060 to 300 USD which is nearly what a 970 was last generation.

Nonetheless, for a 1060 or RX480 type car an EVGA 650 GQ or 750 B2, although wattage is overkill, are both great, cheap PSUs.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

$100 more but you get more.  Storage is something you can add on.  If leaving out storage gets you a system with better core performance, leave it out:
