6 years ago when I got my PS3 I didn't know what F@H was and I always used it because it allowed me to see a world map with lights and a molecule.

I do the same thing for mine, and my gpu. I usually use HeavLoad(cpu) or heaven (gpu) for like 10-15 minutes to make sure it's not completley unstable, but I usually just keep folding afterwards... if it starts rejecting WU's, then I need moar volts. or lower my clock. depends on my ambient temp
