Since both of them don't have power connectors MSI wins. A better cooler is much appreciated in a SFF build and the only advantage of the gigabyte is more ports. But TV's don't support DisplayPort.

Spoiler

One TV supports DisplayPort the Panasonic TC-L65WT600.

That's not a low profile card.

Neither is your Gigabyte 750ti :P

#modding It looks half height though, I wonder how tall the actual gpu pcb is.

just get a r9 380 or somthing, the 750ti used to be amazing for price to preformance but now that the rx 480 is out there isnt much to say,

unless if you really dont need anything more or on a really tight budget go with a r9 380.

The requirment was for the graphics card to be half height.

But the Gigabyte is not a low height?

https://pcpartpicker.com/b/f6gLrH Look at the eighth picture. From the pictures on gigabytes site it doesn't look like a half height but obviously its a half height otherwise it wouldn't fit in that case/

It is half height, it fits in my sff pc. Between the two honestly either would do however the msi does have an extra fan which could help cool the gpu better. Also the gigabyte card does not have a 6 pin power connector. It gets power only from the pcie slot.
