So few weeks ago i posted here that i am not able to turn my pc on,it would just turn off after the beep. Then it fixed itself until today when the problem appeared again. I was pissed off and i took the POWER SW little cable out of the motherboard which is connected to power-on button on the case. I tried turning the pc on with screwdriver by connecting those two pins and guess what it turned on like it's new. So i am a bit worried to turn it on every day with screwdriver because i think it might damage the motherboard or am i wrong? Also if someone has better solution please let me know :)

Can you solder? If so, buy a header and a push to make switch. If not, it's a problem with the case power switch, it's just active/connected for too long.

I turned mine on with a screwdriver for months while I was debating on a case then building the case. As long as you don't go at it like a madman and rip up traces, you won't hurt anything.

Well yeah, if you touch the wrong pins you could kill something...

You're not supposed to put metal objects near a sensitive electronic device.

Buy a new power switch for your PC.

Well you will only damage it if you poke the mobo in a bad spot with it. Just turning it on with a screwdriver is perfectly safe as long as you are careful not to short anything else out. However, sounds like you should get in touch with your case manufacturer, or just build a little switch yourself for it.

When in doubt, re-format.

There are no other pins near those 2 which power on the pc but my only concern is that there is one capacitor near them so i have to care only about that.  I will actually try to look into case button tomorrow and see if it is totally screwed up. Thanks for help tho :)
