Card makes weird noises when loading

Hello there,

I have a AMD R9 280 X Graphics card and it started making some kind of scratching noises but i checked.

Whenever i load a Game or an Application it makes those noises.

Something is wrong, i think, but i don't know what.

 

Can you helm me please ?

And i also added a rec. of it loading into CS:GO

That sounds kind of like a printer lol. Have you tried checking if there is something stuck in the fan(s)?
