Yeah, I would try to buy some used i5 on ebay that are compatibility with your system, also R7 360 is really not an ultra card, if you want to play on ultra you need some RX 480, even on 1080p.

s1150?

I would try to get some used i5 4570, or something in this line, I dont think i3 are enough for some games this days.

Also you need to quote people if you want them to reply.

No money...

GTA V is a very CPU intensive game. You'll have to deal with the stutter until you can find either like an i3-4170 used and even then my i3 at 4.3GHz stutters every so often in GTA V ( My SSD actually resolved a TON of the stuttering and a 120GB SSD would be much cheaper than a new CPU ).

You can either spend like $30-$40 for a 120GB SSD to see if it helps or save up for a used i5-4460. /r/hardwareswap ( reddit ) might be a bit cheaper.

On your gpu overclock, set your power limit to the max. I don't know if that would remove the stutter, but it will increase your stability on your gpu overclock.

Doesnt remove stutter but i oc on max stable.

I test again on the stutter.

Test on furmark the core clock : 1250 ; memory clock : 1286 is the max stable.
