You need to get up to 8GB and get a 970/1060/RX 480, you could wait till the 1060 comes out.

Is this a budget upgrade ?! If so , just switch to the red team ( AMD )  , The RX 480 is pretty good but it does have the PICe power traw issue .  Well it use too...

yup its budget upgrade, my budget is about Rp. 8.000.000, or about $700~ for all RAM, VGA, SSD, PSU, i really want buy RX480 but the price in my country is so Expensive

I can't really recommend the 970 as of now.

Wait for 1060 or get RX 480.

450W might work but for peace of mind I would consider getting a more reliable PSU first before upgrading anything else.

in short time maybe i will add some RAM and Change my PSU, i think i cant afford the 1060 or RX480 the price is so high in my country, but thanks for your tips i will think about it

1) Change the PSU to something above Tier 4

2) Try getting a 970 at least

3) Try getting 8GB of RAM ASAP

4) For the SSD, get OCZ or Samsung

on 3 or 4 month maybe i can change the PSU or RAM, i want change my 450w thermaltake litepower with some 600W ~ 650W PSU, is it too much or not ?, and which one is more important first ?, a Faster DDR3 RAM ? or a bigger PSU ?
