Considering that you're going overkill :P

Maybe you should go with an EVGA 1000G2 1000W 80+ Gold PSU

That looks like a great build but I would go with a 7200 rpm HDD just for load times.  I think 550w is good for a 1080.  And there is this great website https://pcpartpicker.com/ where you can go through like every computer component out there and put them all in one build and it'll check compatibility automatically and will tell you estimated total wattage needed.  Use it, it's a life saver.

i5 12600k | ASRock Z690M-ITX 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz | EVGA 2080 Super Black | Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB + 980 1TB | Corsair RMx 650W | Thermaltake Tower 100 White

For future upgrades, I would recommend a better power supply, like a 650w, but otherwise it's a good build. Also, you can mount the radiator in the top. Also, for video editing, you may want to get 32 gigs of ram so that everything can fly smoother in applications like that.

Might want to go i7-5820K / 6800K since it will render videos better / will hog less resources while recording / streaming

Both on the X99 plaftorm

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Computer having a hard time powering on? Troubleshoot it with this guide. (Currently looking for suggestions to update it into the context of <current year> and make it its own thread)

Do you think you could go into further detail into why I should switch my processor if possible? What disadvantages does my current one have?

Thank you :)

Thank you :)

Those will render video much faster than a 4 core because they have 6 (50% more) cores

The interesting one from this one is handbreak, which is a video rendoring performance test. Note the first test was performed on a single core (thread) and the second on the full CPU
