Well you could always just get music on your computer then put the files on your phone, that is what I do.

Depending on what phone you have, you can always use Samsung Kies? Or just transfer music files directly into the music directory for your phone.

Copy and paste them over like a USB flash drive in a folder called music. The phone will automatically find it.
