Best fans for silence at full power H100i GTX

Saiyan

My h100i GTX isn't getting detecting in my Corsair Link software so I need some newer quiet fans. By trying to control them through the mobo bios I was able to set a lower RPM but for some reason, my bios and CAM software showed my CPU sitting at 99 degrees Celsius, so I'm just looking for a fan that I can plug into the corsair block splitter that can run at full power and will be near silent with my headphones on because the stock fans aren't even close to quiet at 2400RPM. People have said the NF-F12 Industrial (which I like the idea of because of the dust-proof version) or the be quiet 120mm fans. Which is quieter/worth it at full power.

are you sure your pump is not dead? because even with the fans off your CPU shouldn't be idling at 100 degrees...

Once I restarted with the fans into the splitter again the temps wen't back to normal for some reason. I always usually idle around 31 Celsius. CAM software said my PC hadn't been over 48 for the week so not sure what the problem was for those couple seconds. I set the fans down to 1500RPM instead of 2400 and the temp shot up. Don't know if it was a detection error or what.

hmm, im not so sure its the fan's problem. before i switched to my h220 i used a h100gtx (still sitting in the storage...) and i can literally stop the fans and the temperature would be fine. i would use a different temperature monitor first just to see if its a software problem. also, when i was switching my h100gtx, i noticed the mounting screws came a bit loose after a month or two, so you can check if that might be causing it to temperately make bad contact.
