Best Nvidia GPU for minimum 60fps @ 1080p maxed

Hi,

this is maybe kind of a strange question. I am looking for the best GPU for 1080p gaming with local Gamestream (Nvidia Shield TV). So obviously I need an Nvidia GPU. What I want to accomplish is to have a constant 60Fps for streaming with the highest possible settings. I actually use my GTX 780 and it's really not that great in newer titles like the Witcher 3.

 

I basically don't know what makes more sense, a GTX 1080 (future proofed), a GTX 1070, a used GTX 980ti

• Intel i/ 3930k 
• 32 Gb DDR3 Ram
• Asus Rampage IV Gene Mobo

I currently have a 980ti Xtreme Gaming @ 1450MHz and game at 1080p. most graphically intense games yield in the 60-80 fps range completely maxed. (that includes turning the AA to way past a reasonable point) the 1070 has very close performance to that (although its likely slightly better). 1080 would be overkill for sure. but then again, so is 980ti/1070

The GTX 1060 should be about adequate for 1080p, 1070 for a "turn on settings that don't event matter" kind of thing.
