I want a pc that is going to be able to play most games at high to max settings, I will also need tips about what monitor to buy.
I just really want to get into my grinding in games again.

I will think it will be 1920x1080, and venture into 4k later.

Thank you so much FanBlade, but I was thinking that the monitor, speakers, keyboard and mouse would be extra.
Is it wise to spend less perhaps? like 1300$ on the desktop? or should i put a bit more in components, like powersupply and more memory fex?

If you just want to game, then yes it would be wise to spend less. Anything higher than $1500 would be overkill for gaming and is usually reserved for workstations and servers. You have enough memory. If you want to, you can get an Evga supernova 750 watt power supply. The setup I built for you should have no problem gaming.

Don't go 4k, you won't be able to max the games out with a GTX 1070, I'm not sure why going 4k was recommended. You will be much happier at 1440P.

Edit: I didn't see this post is old lol, your build looks fine but don't get 32GB of RAM, it's overkill for a gaming machine and not really futureproofing because you can easily add more later. Get two sticks of 8GB and put the extra money towards a bigger SSD or a second 240GB SSD! You could also buy slightly faster 2x8GB RAM which would make a bigger difference than 16 vs. 32GB in games.

I use Adobe Lightroom and Premiere a lot and even I won't be putting 32GB of RAM in my new build.

What I have bought for now:

Fractal Design Define S (with window)

OCZ Trion 150 2.5" SSD 240 GB

Acer G246HLFB 24"

So now this is what im thinking:

Intel Core i5 6600K 3,5GHz Socket 1151 Box without Cooler (Prosessor)

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Windforce 2X OC HDMI 3xDP 8GB (Skjermkort (PCI Express))

   EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W (Strømforsyning)

   Asus Z170-A (Hovedkort)

   Cryorig H7 (CPU kjøler)

   G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 PC24000/3000MHz CL15 2x8GB (DDR4-minne)

Does this look any better?
