@Halfnoob Here's what I would do:

- If you're not OC'ing, ditch the FX and get an I7 or a xeon E3 1231v3. FX is pretty bad

- 16GB of RAM is pointless unless you have a specific goal in mind such as video editing or hosting and playing heavily modded minecraft

- RX 480 > R9 380 by a very big margin. Get the RX 480

- Wattage only needs to be high enough to run it. Get quality PSU's. Don't look at just wattage. Seasonic S12II or M12II 620W for example are 2 quality PSUs

Remember to quote if you want us to see your answer ASAP!

fx is decent not bad. Also yes go with intel if you want to upgrade and/or wait for the zen

The Intel processors are too expensive for a first time rig

16 gb of ram are because of games like Skyrim or space engineers that suck all Ram.

The new rx480 is good but it just got to the market, I have to wait until I can decide

The Psu will at least have 80 Plus Bronze certification and shockproof features. I'm just asking if the wattage is enough to load but not OC

i7 might be but if you go with 8350 theres no where to go for upgrades(unless the new shait from amd is for am3+ socket). If you go with 8350 its decent cpu, but i would go with some i5 processor at same price point as it is with the socket thats used for i7 cpu's aswell. Some of these intel users can prob tell you what one to get.

EDIT. Go with 480 and 8gb for ram if your on budget. Skyrim and space engineers cant utilize all that ram anyway so you will just save some money. Get single stick of 8gb and then if you need it for somereason get another one

What is your budget? What is your Country? What do you have already? What are you using this computer for?

Budget around 1100€. I live in Spain. I want this computer to have good quality components to last 5 years minimum. I don't want any SSD or Intel cpu, i want to play games like team fortress 2, world of tanks, war thunder, space engineers and  battlefield at high quality and smooth (more than 30 fps)

Really, space engineers planets eat Ram,  and more do mods and  textures

@Halfnoob How is Intel too expensive for a first time rig? You also want to give yourself some upgrading room - remember, you need a balanced build. Going cheap on the CPU on a 1100 euro budget is not a good idea.

Here's what I'd suggest:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  (€196.00 @ Amazon Espana)
Motherboard: MSI B150 PC Mate ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  (€89.00 @ Amazon Espana)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory  (€68.47 @ Amazon Espana)
Storage: A-Data Premier SP550 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (€66.40 @ Amazon Espana)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (€53.05 @ Amazon Espana)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB Video Card  (€295.00 @ Amazon Espana) - wait for custom models - better cooling & to avoid power problems
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  (€70.08 @ Amazon Espana)
Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  (€83.20 @ Amazon Espana)
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2457-MHD 23.6" 60Hz Monitor  (€194.20 @ Amazon Espana)
Total: €1115.40

@Halfnoob

Zen uses AM4 so you're going to have to spend money on a new mobo/CPU combo anyway when it's released so there is zero reason to go AM3. Also as @HKZeroFive mentioned intel is not too expensive AT ALL for a first time rig (though I would recommend Xeon E3 or locked I7 over I5 any day). Skyrim is locked to 4GB which is its major flaw. Also I'm sitting on 12GB and I haven't even hit 8GB while playing skyrim and I've played it with some 220 mods.
