Yup, RX 480 would be much better at that price point. Plus, 500W for a R9 380 might be short. And I would recommend adding a 128 or 250Go SSD to the mix, the speed will change your life mate.

CPU : i7 8700k @5GHz, GPU : ASUS GTX 1080 Ti STRIX, RAM : 2x8Go 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance, MB : ASUS Prime Z370-A, PSU : CM V850, Case :  NZXT S340, CPU Cooler : NZXT Kraken x62, Monitor : Acer Predator XB271HU 27" 1440p 165Hz, OS : Windows 10 Home 64 bits

It's a shame you can't go for a used GPU... I would suggest a R9 380x then. I think you can find them around 200$. It will destroy a GTX 960

Hey guys. I have to chose between these 2 cards. Which of these GTX 960s is better suited for a casual gamer? (Call of Duty, Minecraft and Battlefield)

http://pcpartpicker.com/product/BJbkcf/evga-video-card-04gp41962kr

http://pcpartpicker.com/product/cBjWGX/evga-video-card-04gp43965kr

Does it make a noticeable difference between the 2GB and 4GB varients?

4gb is becoming too little these days in many cases, so atleast get a 4gb variant.

Dont get a GTX 960. Get a RX480 if you need a cheap card. Its performance is on par with 970's and is in the same price bracket.

If you really want a 960, buy a used one. I'm seeing 4GB versions pop up on Craigslist for $100-115 here. There's absolutely no reason to buy a 4GB 960 when a 4GB 480 is the same price. Signed, 960 Owner.

Everywhere I check the RX 480 is out of stock and I need it ASAP cause I don't live in the US and my relatives are bringing me the parts... By any chance do you know where I can find one? (Preferably the 4GB $100 Variant)

The 960 will bottleneck your CPU, get a 970 at least

4GB $100 variant of what? The 4GB 960s I've seen are all used, secondhand cards. If a 480's out of the question, look into something like this.

Bull. I'm running a 4GB 960 on a 4790K and it's not bottlenecking anything.
