The best motherboard for an r9 390 and a i5 6600k

I am going to attempt to build a custom gaming pc and i need a motherboard i have considered the asus z170 pro gamer but i would love to hear your opinion on what i should get.

P.S. i have a budget of 1000$

The cheapest one you can get that has a USB 3.0 header and a decent layout.

Get an EVGA GS 550 power supply instead. The one he had in that list is low quality.
