A weird bug in windows 8.1.

Hey guys i have win 8.1 64bit and no i'm not upgrading to win 10 becuase i really like win 8 for some werid reason.

 

speaking of weird things i have come today in front of the most dumb bug ever, as you can see in the captured photo of my os. 

 

when i try to double click adham which is drive A and A because i'm adham. duh.

 

it will jump and open desktop which is in a very weird motion it will just go from adham to desktop which is above it. so i got to my desktop in a hurry becuse i really was so confused and i hav a pdf file near my " this pc " icon and i double clikced on i to see if it working. and it just jumped to this pc icon. 

so i opend google chrome and did a restart.

after the restart same thing the icons where jumping. 

so i opend chrome again but after 10 min i opend adham and the pdf and all was normal i did 2 reastarts and everything was normal?

 

i'm confused. really confused. 

 

i really don't know what is it ? or did some one accually get that bug before.

really appreciate if you had this bug before tell me how it went for you.
