What do you guys think about siliconlottery.com?

https://siliconlottery.com/products/delid

Right now you can get your cpu delidded, have the VRM's coated with liquid electrical tape, have the stock thermal paste replaced with Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra, and then have the IHS sealed back into place for 29.99. My question is who would do that? Is this site reputable enough to buy from or send in my own cpu to? and is it worth it?

I wouldn't do it unless you're doing extreme overclocking like LN2, Phase Change, or dry ice.

The site looks legit and I think it is because it has https on it which a scam website wouldn't have.

I love their pricing... very exponential! xD

6600K:

4.6 GHz = $230

4.7 GHz = $240

4.8 Ghz = $270

5.0 Ghz = $680

6700K:

4.6 Ghz = $340

4.7 Ghz = $350

4.8 Ghz = $440

4.9 Ghz = $760

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Yeah https doesn't mean it's a safe site, it just means you have a secure connection to it.  Well, in fact... xD eh, let's not jump down this hole...
