msis got them on amazon for 272 usd 8gb vram https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Radeon-RX-480-8G/dp/B01GX5Z4EM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1467333167&sr=8-2&keywords=rx+480

but it would be better to wait a week or two so the prices will be normal (230 usd 8gb vram, 200 usd 4gb vram)

they are all over newegg, amazon, ncix, and pretty much every other tech store

and 99% of them are out of stock

the 1% that are still in stock are overpriced to $300 or more, so you shouldnt buy them
