I haven't used it in quite a while and don't know it straight out of my head right now. I'd download it and walk you through but my internet is shit atm sorry. Maybe @MarthiniL can help you with this? If not just try the physical test I explained early, that'll work too ;)

Its run from DVD/CD or USB before OS loads. So you need to make bootable drive for it and boot to it. F8 would be default key for selecting boot device for some BIOS.

"Built a PC 2 years ago, it is freezing since day 1."

Definitely a RAM or a HDD issue, run some tests like other members have pointed out.

I added a new hdd, above, part history,

when tried wd lifeguard diagnostic, it was soooo close to finish, 11 mins, then I left it and it is 13mins wtf?!?!?!? it can't increase right? the estimated time needs to decrease too, left it overnight...

In the morning the cleaning lady heard some noises, not sure if it is not case,

so, woke up checked it, learned that electrics went out, tried reboot, it took literally 6mins to go from asus logo to user selection and 10mins from that to desktop load, buuuuuut desktop d,dn't load, blackscreen and cursor after 10mins, still loading..

turned off tried again, same,

got the HDD out of the case, whap-pam it rebooted in 5 mins, how it used to be, also my pc didnt freeze for like 14hours, maybe more, to conclude the newest HDD is rekt, but there were freezes befor that, as said since day one, not since I added additional... lets hope for the best, also does built-,n memtest in win7 works as good as memtest86?

Thanks in advance, waiting responses.

Is your HDD speed  fast enough? Since i upgraded to my SSD my pc works a lot (i mean a lot) faster. Also multitasking with anti-virus programs running etc. goes a lot faster without any stutters. I had that before when i was doing everything from my HDD

No need to multipost. We have multiquote for a reason.

Increase in estimated time means that it has encountered some error. I think it has bad sectors or something like that. Which would also explain why it freaked with sudden powerloss. Since you lost all things that haven't been saved, it took some time to check that everything was working.

Again, have you tried installing windows to another HDD than what it was originally installed on? I didn't quite get if you did and it didn't help or not. One reason why additional drive can cause issues for main disk is that you have some files (like pagefile) located on additional disk and windows has trouble locating them because of bad sectors.

As for Memtest. I haven't ever needed to use it myself. But if I did, I would use Memtest86 rather than Windows one. Just to be sure.

No fix. If its under warranty, RMA. Bad sectors are hardware side thing and there's no way you can do that. Just opening drive and putting it back together working requires clean room.

So I'm pretty sure now it's the HDD. No use trying to fix anything. If it won't freeze now you're good. If it keeps freezing, get a new HDD or RMA as @LoGiCalDrm said.
