Good quiet Power Supply?

Im looking for a quiet Power supply. I don't need a ton of watts, i was thinking 650 or 750. I have a GTX 1070,  5820k, and a few drives. I'm tempted to OC my cpu also. 

 

The most I'm willing to spend is around $130 USD, but if I don't have to spend that much that'd be nice. I found a Antec, Hcg 750 for $80,it looks nice but I am worried the fan will be loud. And it has an led.. 

 

I'm currently using an old gx650 and this thing is LOUD!!

Maybe, but the G2 fan doesn't even turn on for me.

True it does have the same eco mode but when the load hits 40-50% it matters

Almost all new PSUs don't have the fan turn on until it hits about 40% load or more. I would go with an EVGA or Corsair one

Ehhhh, yes on the terms of wattage, no on the "you should do this" factor as that's a lot of heat near a PSU that can't keep itself cool.

I was more saying a 500W PSU would be OK provided it was of sufficient quality. They two cards plus a 6700k+ would rarely breach 400W under load. Guru3D claims that a 1070 has an average max power draw of 161W meaning it would be more than OK to have two with an i7 on a 520W PSU, assuming said PSU can keep cool which the fanless can't do under it's own power.
