SOLVED Windows not showing up on third display

This is a bit weird. I recently got a TV and mounted it in my corner, and since I had an extra HDMI slot I decided to use it as a third monitor as well. However when its plugged in I can see my wallpaper and taskbar, I can even see the highlights change on my various programs, but I can't get any of my windows to show up on it. Thank you for the help in advance!

no that wasn't working, I'm just an F-ing moron and didn't hit apply on the settings menu, just figured that out too.

You wouldn't happen to know of an easy way to switch which monitor my games come up on, would you? Other than the control panel.

any fullscreen application *by default* should show up on the primary display, unless if the application itself has settings to change that.
