Hello.

First off, I am a 3D Designer/Architecture virtualization student. Therefore, this machine need to hold at least 4-6 years if possible.

I use V-ray, 3DS max, Cinema 4D, RealFlow. I need some advice on building a workstation. I have chosen some parts that I could find.
Since I live in one of the Scandinavian countries. There is quite a lot of taxes and that is why I have only written the total amount. I have SDD and GFX card. Therefore, they will not need to be upgraded. I am going to buy the case when I have the build. If anyone have some advice or some parts, you would suggest me changing. For better performance.
I am looking for advice for which build would fit the bill in my case.

Are you using this for rendering or just making models?

Are you using gpu acceralted rendering?

Id probably go for build 3 and then buy a second cpu later if you need more cpu power.

Rendering and moddeling. I am only using CPU rendering. No GPU rendering.

GPU is only for the viewports in the applications.

Do you really need Krakens?

Also what GPU do you currently have, you did not say?

It is more for the sake of space between the cpu sockets. Since heatsink take up more room on the motherboard.

I have a Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X
