Make Poll show each result individually OR all together

Can you add it so that you can set it up so that, you can separate the results of a poll per person or if you want it combined change to combined?

That would make things really complicated, and at that stage it is no longer a poll - it has become a survey. If you want to be able to break things down like that, create a survey somewhere like Google forms, and link to it here.
